Very Berry Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

1 10 oz bag frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
1 cup non-fat frozen yogurt
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tablespoon flaxseed

Directions

    1. In a blender, puree the frozen mixed berries, yogurt, milk, flaxseed
    2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Recipe Note: Add more milk if you wish to have a more liquid smoothie. I like my smoothies to be like a milk shake though!
