This is my superfood shake! Let me just say that if it wasn’t for this shake I would be downing whatever it took to keep me awake and keep me full at work. This keeps me full for hours and curbs my sugar cravings! I know someone reading this also has eaten or is eating candy 🍭 🍬 and/or energy drinks to stay awake and feel full so I am just trying to help ya! .

Saturday workout?! Done! I will admit that I have been incredibly lazy today. Working out was the last thing I wanted to do. 🧘‍♀️Why?! Because I don’t like working out. This is how I felt on the inside before my team, superfood shakes, home workout programs, personal development, etc. 🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️Due to some health issues my fatigue was out of control. 😢😴Not just tired. I am talking about being so fatigued that taking a shower was too hard at times. Couldn’t sleep at night and couldn’t stay awake during the day no matter what I did or tried until now.
